(3) hydraulic components: motor, plunger pump, vane pump, hydraulic control valve oil tank, etc.

(4) electrical control components: control buttons, contactors, relays, time relays, temperature controllers, etc.

(1) overview

A.The temperature controller displays the temperature of the plate. When

the green light is green,

the heating starts; when the red light is red, the heating stops.

B.The time relay sets the vulcanization timing time. The system starts

timing when the pressure

reaches the setting pressure of the electrical connection meter.The

alarm rings when the time is up.

C.After the power indicator light closes the power switch in the electrical

box, open the power switch

selection button, and the power indicator light on the panel will be on.

D.Buzzer -------- alarm after vulcanization timing.

E.Start button press start button, motor start up plunger, operation

indicator light.

F.Press the stop button to stop the die closing.

G.When the heating switch is on, the heating starts. When the switch

is off, the heating stops.

H.The power switch button turns on the control power.
