which is directly driven by the motor.

The motor is started by the magnetic starter and equipped with a thermal

relay as overload protection. When the motor is overloaded or in trouble,

it will automatically stop working.

The machine has the functions of automatic filling pressure, automatic exhaust,

vulcanization digital timing, automatic mold opening and so on.

It can realize the automatic completion of a working cycle from "mould pull-in - mould

closing rising - automatic exhaust - vulcanization timing - mould opening

falling - product pushing".The machine is equipped with manual control device,

can be in the case of power down.
