Preparation before starting the machine for test run

The operator must be familiar with the performance of the machine,

the position and function of each button;The machine can only be

operated after the sequence of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic parts.

Clean the anti-rust oil on the machine, and must remove all sundries on the plate.

Fill the tank with pure N46 hydraulic oil. The oil must be filtered and added

to the middle and upper part of the level gauge.

Switch on the heating, heating tablets, to set the temperature controller

temperature about 70 ℃, the temperature again after half an hour to required

working temperature.

Warning: if the distance between the plates exceeds the piston's effective

stroke, a mold or pad should be added to prevent the piston from tripping.
