Main character
- The rollers are made of cold hard cast iron, HS68~72; 1# and 2#
rollers are hollow ones, surface roughness Ra0.8; 3# and 4# rollers
are drilled ones, surface roughness Ra0.2;
- Oil heating, with swivel joint and soft metal pipe;
- Special bearings for calendering machines, high precision and
intension, anti abrasive, working life ≧ 60000 hours, can reach
250℃, no oil leaking, compulsory lubrication;
- The space between 1#, 2# and 4# roller are adjusted by 3 sets of
double speed motors which drive the gear boxes;
- 3#roller has axes cross equipment and pullback equipment, electric
adjusting the space, hydraulic lock, the max. cross ±25mm
- Use 4sets of 6 grade high precision hard tooth gear boxes, low
noise, long working life (normal use ≧50000 hours), drive by cardan
shaft. The speed of every roller can adjust conveniently;
- 4#roller equipped with side cutting part to cut the overflowing
material cover on the roller and let it back to the 4-roller
calendering machine;
- Eurotherm brand (England) DC controller;
- With independent thin oil lubrication system, the drive motor can
just operate after the lubrication station start;
- With emergency stop equipments in 4 directions;
- The bracket is jointed with the steel board, high temp. backfire
treatment;

manufacturing soft PVC products such as banner,.
clothes packing bag,wrapping film,plastic floor,PVC leatheroid,etc.

commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T
before shipment
2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4. Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the
buyer’s
factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the
installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer
requests.
Customers pay the charge of our technicians.
(1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket
(2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one
person.
(4) An interpreter is needed.
6. Spare parts:
Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we
suggest
that customers should buy the spare parts. (Fittings list will be
provided.)
7. English manual, Figuration drawing, and footing drawings are
provided.
