Pelletizing Line
This granulating line is composed by Loader, Extruder, Colling
tank, Drying system, Granulator, Vibration screen, Air conveying
system, Silo. It’s used for recycling and granulating the waste
plastic PE/PP/PS, there are different models for different
materials and capacity.
2.Quick Detail:
This pelletizing extruder has the special screw design and
different configuration, it is ssuitable for the recycling and
pelletizing of raw materials such as PP,PE, PET, PS, ABS, PA, PVC,
PC, POM, EVA, PMMA and the pelletizing of te raw materials with
different colors. The gearbox is high torque designed which attains
the functions of low noise and stable operation. The surface of the
screw and barrel has been special treated so that the screw and
barrel are wearable, they can have a very good plastification and
mixing effect and the production capacity is high. The extruder has
the vacuum vented design which can exhaust the vapor or gas during
the production, so that the output can be more stable and the
pellets are more dense.

The material will be heating plastified and extrude by extruder.
After cooling in sink, it will be cut into granule and put into
bags.
9. commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by
T/Tbefore shipment
2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the
buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the
installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer
requests.
Customers pay the charge of our technicians.
(1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket
(2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one
person.
(4) An interpreter is needed.
6. Spare parts:
Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we
suggest that customers should buy the spare parts. (Fittings list
will be provided.)
7. English manual, Figuration drawing, and footing drawings are
provided.
